Until July 31, 2008, establish a Family Unlimited Plan account and save up to $15.00 per line with no signed contracts. All Family Unlimited Plan members get unlimited local and domestic long distance, voice mail, call waiting and caller ID, and unlimited domestic text messaging included at no additional cost – and your savings continue for as long as you maintain a Family Unlimited Plan account. Savings are based on the number of active lines on your Family Unlimited Plan account, as follows:
To participate in the Family Unlimited Plan, call MetroPCS Customer Service by dialing *611 from your MetroPCS phone or 1.888.8metro8 (1.888.863.8768) from any phone, and a friendly Customer Service representative will assist you. You may also visit a MetroPCS Store near you.

If you are a new MetroPCS customer, you can establish a Family Unlimited Plan account by activating two or more handsets. The first month of service is free for each new handset you purchase. Used handsets will require a $15 reactivation fee, and the first month's charges will be reduced by the applicable Family Unlimited Plan discount.
Existing Customers
If you are an existing MetroPCS customer, you can switch your existing plan or plans to the Family Unlimited Plan; however, you must add a new MetroPCS customer to your account. An existing multi-line account can be converted directly into a Family Unlimited Plan account at no extra charge; however you must add a new MetroPCS customer to your existing account.
All Family Unlimited Plan accounts must maintain at least two active lines regardless of whether you are a new customer or an existing customer. You may remove lines from your Family Unlimited account at any time, but may only add lines until July 31, 2008.
