Terms and Conditions Purchase an Eligible Phone and activate MetroPCS service from a participating MetroPCS store or MetroPCS dealer store between December 3, 2007 and January 6, 2008 to qualify to receive the free gift selected above (the "Free Gift") by mail. All mailed claims must be postmarked by January 21, 2008 ("Postmark Date") and both mailed and faxed claims must be received no later than January 31, 2008. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Offer open only to legal residents over the age of 18 of the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Texas. Offer valid only at participating MetroPCS stores and MetroPCS dealer stores. MetroPCS is not responsible for Free Gift requests that are postmarked after the Postmark Date or that are received more than 10 days after the Postmark Date, nor is MetroPCS responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail or submissions or failed fax transmissions. Ineligible, illegible or incomplete Free Gift requests will not be honored. No exceptions will be made. MetroPCS reserves the right to audit any Free Gift claim, to nullify any Free Gift claims that cannot be substantiated. Any other use of this coupon constitutes fraud.
