How to get myMetro

  • myMetro is included as part of your MetroPCS service.
  • Verify that your MetroPCS phone supports myMetro. Click here for a list of supported phones.
  • For some phones, to use myMetro, you must first download the myMetro application if it isn't already on your phone. The myMetro application is downloaded through the @metro feature.

How to use myMetro

  • To use myMetro, simply dial 611.
  • You can also select "@metro" and then click on the myMetro application icon.
  • Use the myMetro application to manage your MetroPCS account.
