Before you ask, don't worry about knowing everything about wireless communications. We provide great training - through our Retail Sales Training Evolution Program (or STEP). It combines a mixture of formal learning, on-the job coaching and teamwork training to help you develop your job skills and knowledge. VP/General Manager
Retail operations across the U.S. are divided into regions, each headed by a Vice President / General Manager.
Region VP/Sales & Distribution
In each of the regions there are four other key positions supporting the VP/General Manager: a VP Sales and Distribution, VP of Network Operations, VP of Finance and Operations, and a Regional HR Director.
Region VP/Network Operations
In each of the regions there are four other key positions supporting the VP/General Manager: a VP Sales and Distribution, VP of Network Operations, VP of Finance and Operations, and a Regional HR Director.
Region VP/Finance & Operations
In each of the regions there are four other key positions supporting the VP/General Manager: a VP Sales and Distribution, VP of Network Operations, VP of Finance and Operations, and a Regional HR Director.
Regional HR Director
In each of the regions there are four other key positions supporting the VP/General Manager: a VP Sales and Distribution, VP of Network Operations, VP of Finance and Operations, and a Regional HR Director.
Director of Direct Sales
Reporting to each Regional VP of Sales and Distribution is a Director of Direct Sales.
Area Manager
Reporting to the Director of Direct Sales the Area Manager oversees a number of stores.
Store Manager
Reporting to one of the Area Managers, the individual Store Managers are responsible for the overall management of the retail store.
Sr. Sales Associate
The Senior Sales Associate assists with the administration and supervision of the store, including overseeing customer service and inventory activities.
Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager assists in the overall management of the retail store.
Associates FT/PT SSA
All full-time, part-time and Senior Store Associates are responsible for the sales to new and current customers in the retail stores.
