Roger D. Linquist co-founded MetroPCS Communications and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MetroPCS Communications since its inception and its President from inception through June 2007 and Secretary from inception through October 2004. In 1989, Mr. Linquist founded PageMart Wireless (now USA Mobility), a U.S. paging company. He served as PageMart's Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 1993, and as Chairman from 1989 through March 1994, when he resigned to form the company. Mr. Linquist served as a director of PageMart Wireless from June 1989 to September 1997, and was a founding director of the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association.

Thomas C. Keys became MetroPCS Communications' Chief Operating Officer as of June 27, 2007. Previously, Mr. Keys served as our Senior Vice President, Market Operations, West from January 2007 through June 2007 and our Vice President and General Manager, Dallas from April 2005 through January 2007. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Keys served as the Chief Operating Officer for VCP International Inc., a Dallas-based wholesale distributor of wireless products, from July 2002 to April 2005. Prior to joining VCP International Inc., Mr. Keys served as the Senior Vice President, Business Sales for Weblink Wireless Inc. (formerly PageMart, Inc.) from March 1999 to June 2002, which included leading and managing the national sales and distribution efforts, and in other senior management positions with Weblink Wireless Inc. from January 1993 to March 1999.

J. Braxton Carter became MetroPCS Communications' Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman in May 2011. Mr. Carter has held several positions at MetroPCS including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Corporate Operations, Board of Directors of MetroPCS Wireless, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Prior to joining MetroPCS, Mr. Carter was Chief Financial Officer of PrimeCo Personal Communications formed in March 2000. He held various senior management positions with PrimeCo Personal Communications, including Chief Financial Officer and Controller, from 1996 until March 2000. Mr. Carter spent 10 years in public accounting and is also a certified public accountant. Mr. Carter presently serves on the board of directors of e-rewards, Inc. and on the Board of Advisors of Amdocs Limited.

Mark A. Stachiw, General Counsel, Secretary & Vice Chairman joined our company in October 2004. Mark was formerly the Senior Vice President and General Counsel-Allegiance Telecom Company Worldwide. Mr. Stachiw brings over 18 years of telecommunications legal experience to our company. Prior to joining Allegiance Telecom, from March 2001 through March 2002, he was Of Counsel at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker, and represented national and international telecom firms in regulatory and transactional matters. Previous to joining Paul Hastings, he was the chief legal officer for Verizon Wireless Messaging Services (formerly known as AirTouch Paging and PacTel Paging) and was the Vice President and General Counsel from April 2000 through March 2001, and Vice President, Senior Counsel and Secretary from April 1995 through April 2000.

Co-founder, Malcolm M. Lorang currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer for MetroPCS Communications. Mr. Lorang has extensive experience in RF system design and development. Prior to MetroPCS, Mr. Lorang was with Magnavox Research Labortatories from 1957 to 1972, Texas Instruments from 1972 to 1988 and PageMart from 1989 to 1994. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lorang has received a number of patents from facsimile at Magnavox, RF systems semiconductor integrated circuit designs at Texas Instruments and satellite controlled paging network and PCS systems design at PageMart.

Christine B. Kornegay, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2009, joined the company as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in January 2005. Ms. Kornegay was formerly Vice President of Finance and Controller for Allegiance Telecom, Inc. since January 2001. Prior to joining Allegiance Telecom, Inc., Ms. Kornegay served in various accounting and finance management positions at AT&T Wireless Services from June 1994 through January 2001. From July 1989 through June 1994, Ms. Kornegay was a financial analyst with Perot Systems. Previously, Ms. Kornegay served as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young LLP from September 1985 through July 1989 where she began her career in public accounting. Ms. Kornegay is an active Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.

Tom Currier joined MetroPCS Communications as Vice President, Human Resources in April 2009 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in May of 2011. Prior to joining us, Mr. Currier served as Vice President, Human Resources for Tenet Healthcare from December 2007 April 2009.  Mr. Currier served as Global Director, Human Resources for Celanese International Corporation from January 2007 to December 2007.  Additionally, Mr. Currier held several executive positions in Human Resources and Operations with Capital One and Capital One Auto Finance.  Prior to Capital One, Mr. Currier held leadership positions with several consulting firms including William M. Mercer, Inc. and Ernst & Young.   Together, Mr. Currier has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and business operations.  Mr. Currier holds a bachelors degree from Bowdoin College in history and philosophy.
