MetroConnect® Account
Each MetroPCS customer automatically receives a MetroConnect account upon activation of service. This special account allows you to use a variety of additional MetroPCS services whenever you want! YOU choose when to add money to your MetroConnect account, as well as how and when to use the money in your account.
Here are a few services available with MetroConnect:
- TravelTalk®: Stay connected when you travel.
- @metro® data services: select, purchase, and download a variety of games, ringtones, and entertainment options directly to your phone!
- Metro411 Directory Assistance: MetroPCS now offers three options for directory assistance so that you can get information you want when you need it. Check out the NEW Metro411 Directory Assistance Options.
To add money to your MetroConnect account simply dial *99 from your MetroPCS phone. For your convenience, you can also stop by one of our MetroPCS stores or Authorized Payment Centers to add additional money to your account.

Voice Mail Package
Voice mail allows callers to leave you a message if you don’t answer your phone when they call. This package includes voice mail for 20 messages/60 seconds in length and 3-way (conference) calling. Also included is Caller ID/Call Waiting.
Caller ID/Call Waiting
Caller ID identifies the party that is trying to reach you. Their phone number displays on your phone so that you can see who is calling you before you answer. Call Waiting notifies you that there's another call coming in while you're on the phone with someone else. You can choose to speak with the new caller or continue with the prior call.

Protect Yourself with MetroGUARDSM:
- Your wireless equipment, standard charger, standard cigarette lighter adapter and standard leather case are all protected.
- This monthly fee covers premium, administrative and processing fees.
- In the event of loss, theft, damage or malfunction after the manufacturer's warranty expires, you'll have a replacement in your hands fast, usually within 72 hours.
- A non-refundable deductible is due at the time the replacement is approved. Please check with your MetroPCS store agent for details.
- MetroGUARD is only available on the day on which you purchase your new equipment and activate service or on the day you purchase new equipment from MetroPCS on your existing account.
