• This monthly fee covers premium, administrative and processing fees.
• In the event of loss, theft, damage or malfunction after the manufacturer's warranty expires, you'll have a replacement in your hands fast-usually within 72 hours.
• A $50 or $85 non-refundable deductible based on the phone model is due at the time the replacement is approved.
