How To Guide - Activate/Deactivate Call Forwarding

MetroPCS Call Forwarding offers two call forwarding functions:

1. Instant Call Forwarding - any calls made to your MetroPCS phone will immediately forward to the local number you assign.

• To activate - From your phone, dial *72 plus the 10 digit local number to where the calls are to be forwarded. Press SEND and listen for the confirmation tone to indicate the feature has been activated.
• To deactivate - Dial *73 from your phone. Press SEND and listen for the confirmation tone to indicate the feature has been deactivated.

2. Conditional Call Forwarding - any calls made to your MetroPCS phone while it is off or out of coverage will be forwarded to your assigned local number. When your MetroPCS phone is powered back on or is back inside the coverage area, your phone will receive calls as usual.

• To activate - From your phone, dial *74 plus the 10 digit local number to where the calls are to be forwarded. Press SEND and listen for the confirmation tone to indicate the feature has been activated.
• To deactivate - Dial *73 from your phone. Press SEND and listen for the confirmation tone to indicate the feature has been deactivated.
