• Easily see your friends’ availability from your ChatLINK contact list, letting you know if they are available to talk – they can change their status and tell you if they can talk or not, or if they are silent.
• ChatLINK calls are possible to ANY phone – so there isn’t a barrier to calling friends who don’t have the service already.
• ChatLINK provides you with the availability to connect with up to 10 friends or family members at the push of a button.
• Quick Group feature lets you create a virtual group of up to 6 friends just by selecting the contacts.
• Send ChatAlerts to let friends know you would like to talk to them without barging in.
• Faster connection than regular voice calls.
• Permission based contacts and groups let you determine who you want to be buddies with.
• Use your ChatLINK contact list as a phone book since you are able to call contacts on a conventional voice call or as a ChatLINK conversation.

How to get ChatLINK

• Verify your MetroPCS phone supports ChatLINK.
• In order to use ChatLINK, you must first verify that you have the ChatLINK feature code and CallerID included in your rate plan.
