Greg Pressly became the Vice President of Customer Operations in 2008. He joined MetroPCS in 2001 and has lead the Customer Operations function since the company launched its services. Greg has over 25 years of experience in Customer Service and Support with 13 years in the Telecommunications industry. Prior to joining MetroPCS, Greg served in various management and leadership positions at Valor Telecom, Prism Communication Services, PrimeCo, and IBM. Greg holds a MBA in Business Management and a BBA in Marketing.
